About Us

At Longevity Loft, we believe strong bodies, clear minds, and healthy communities are built through intentional leadership, disciplined habits, and genuine care.

A Different Approach to Wellness & Longevity

Longevity Loft was created from a simple belief: longevity, performance, and well-being are not trends or quick fixes — they are the result of intentional, sustainable lifestyle choices made over time.

Founded by entrepreneurs and wellness advocates Angelique and Jason Belvill, Longevity Loft is a science-backed recovery and wellness studio designed to help people feel better, move better, and live with more energy, resilience, and consistency — without extremes.

We believe wellness should integrate into real life. It should support how you work, parent, train, lead, travel, and show up every day — not feel like something you constantly have to “reset.”

Our Philosophy: Longevity as a Lifestyle

At Longevity Loft, longevity isn’t about anti-aging promises or rigid protocols. It’s about building habits that support your body and nervous system over time.

Our approach is grounded in:

  • Consistency over intensity

  • Education over hype

  • Recovery as a foundation, not an afterthought

  • Long-term health over short-term fixes

We focus on modalities that help reduce stress and inflammation, support recovery, improve circulation and mobility, and allow people to perform better — physically and mentally — in their everyday lives.

Meet the Founders

Angelique Belvill

Angelique is a multi-business entrepreneur and community-focused leader known for building trust-driven, people-first brands rooted in operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

She is the founder of Club ULD (U Lucky Dog Daycare) in Denver, Colorado, one of the city’s largest and most trusted dog daycare and boarding facilities, recognized by 5280 Magazine as Best Doggie Daycare. Her leadership philosophy centers on safety, consistency, transparency, and care — principles that naturally extend into wellness and longevity.

A certified yoga instructor and lifelong wellness advocate, Angelique integrates mindfulness, movement, and recovery into both her leadership style and daily life. Longevity Loft reflects her belief that wellness should feel accessible, supportive, and sustainable — especially for busy people balancing work, family, and responsibility.

Jason Belvill

Jason is a high-performance wellness entrepreneur, former Division I athlete, U.S. Air Force veteran, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from USC, Jason served more than a decade in the U.S. Air Force, including leadership roles overseeing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar defense programs. His background in disciplined performance, systems thinking, and leadership informs every aspect of Longevity Loft.

Jason also co-founded BodySpec, a nationally recognized health-technology company that pioneered accessible mobile DEXA body-composition scanning across major U.S. markets, helping tens of thousands of people better understand and engage with their health data.

His approach to wellness emphasizes discipline, resilience, education, and recovery as part of an integrated operating system for life — not isolated workouts or quick fixes.

Building Longevity — Together

While our backgrounds span entrepreneurship, military leadership, and wellness science, Longevity Loft is also a reflection of who we are as people.

We genuinely enjoy building this together — learning, moving our bodies, recovering well, supporting one another, and helping others do the same. Wellness, for us, isn’t rigid or performative. It’s something we prioritize, laugh about, and return to because it makes life better.

Longevity Loft was designed to feel welcoming, down to earth, and real — a place where people can take their health seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
