Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Longevity Loft has a curated wellness protocol that utilizes all of our services for a set amount of time, and it’s designed to maximize and optimize health benefits in the allotted time.

However, some clients may prefer to focus on specific modalities during their visit, and that’s perfectly fine. As long as your session is completed within the allotted 60 minutes and does not interfere with other guests’ experiences, we’re happy to offer flexibility so you can get the most out of your time with us.

  • Our standard wellness sessions are 60 minutes long.

We also offer “a la carte” sessions for individuals seeking a specific service. Those appointments are shorter and the time depends on the particular service.

  • We recommend wearing athletic or comfortable attire (i.e. workout or yoga clothes). If using the infrared sauna, you will likely sweat during the session so please bring a towel and change of clothes.

  • As long as you stay hydrated, you can go about your daily business. However, to fully enjoy your post-session glow, we recommend taking it fairly easy for an hour or so.

  • Please tell us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid a fee.

If you give less than 24 hours notice, we apply a late fee to your credit. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, your credit will not be refunded.

  • Yes, our facility is conveniently located downtown Bothell off Main Street and there is ample and free street parking all around the area.

  • Yes! In fact, we recommend it! Sharing wellness with someone else, we believe, is the greatest gift.

Our facility can accommodate up to 4 people at the same time. Our infrared saunas can accommodate 2 people, cryotherapy can accommodate 1 person, and we have 2 red light therapy beds. Clients simply rotate between the equipment, which is strategically designed to minimize any wait time.

  • Absolutely! If we have availability, we’re happy to welcome walk-ins. Please bring a towel, and a change of clothes if you plan on using the infrared sauna (you’ll work up a good sweat!).
